Delivery of your order
TXF Turbo delivers to France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain. There are three options: Chronopost carriage within France, Chronopost or Colissimo carriage to the four other countries, and free collection at our counter. The ones that apply to your address, and what they cost, are shown when you choose the delivery method, before payment.
Chronopost within France: free
For a delivery address in France, carriage is handled by Chronopost and paid by TXF Turbo: €0.00, whatever the order comes to. The Chronopost services available are offered to you when you choose the carrier.
Chronopost or Colissimo to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Spain: €25.00
To those four countries two carriers are offered at the same price: Chronopost home delivery, or Colissimo home delivery against signature, €25.00 per order. The flat fee does not change with the value of the basket, so the choice is about the service rather than the price.
Collection at our counter: free
You can also collect your order in person, free of charge, from TXF Turbo, 2 Rue Frédéric Joliot Curie, 93270 Sevran. The option is offered whatever your address, from France and from the four other countries alike. Collection is by appointment: see the Stores page.
Transit times
We do not advertise a guaranteed delivery time. Each carrier states its own beside its name when you choose the delivery method: it starts at dispatch and does not include order processing.
Parcel tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you receive a confirmation email; it carries the carrier’s tracking number as soon as we have it.
On delivery
Check the condition of the parcel. If it is damaged or a part is missing, report it promptly from our after-sales service page, with your order reference and, where possible, photographs.
