After-sales service
Something wrong after delivery? Open a case.
TXF Turbo’s after-sales service handles everything that happens once the parcel has left: a part that does not match the order, a turbocharger with a fault, a doubt at fitting time, or the return of the old unit when your order carried a refundable deposit.
The form at the foot of this page opens a recorded case with us. Sending it shows a confirmation on this page; no automatic acknowledgement email is sent. Put your order reference in the form, and quote it again if you write to us later — it is what lets us find your case instead of starting over.
What after-sales covers
- An order that arrived damaged, incomplete or wrong. A parcel damaged in transit, a missing part, or a reference different from the one ordered. Report it promptly, with photographs of the parcel and of the shipping label.
- A faulty turbocharger. Your statutory rights apply: the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery, and the guarantee against hidden defects for two years from the discovery of the defect. The detail is in article 7 of our terms and conditions of sale, which govern.
- A doubt about fitment, or difficulty fitting the part. We re-check the references on the vehicle and on the part with you. Do this before fitting: once installed, a part can no longer be taken back under the right of withdrawal without a deduction for diminished value.
- The return of the old unit (deposit). Write to us before sending anything. We supply the instructions and arrange the return transport; a shipment sent without prior agreement does not automatically entitle you to have its cost reimbursed. Once received and checked, the deposit is refunded by bank transfer.
- Withdrawal. A consumer has fourteen days from delivery to withdraw, without giving a reason. That is a separate procedure from after-sales, described in article 6 of the terms, but you may declare it through this form.
What to have ready before you write
A request that is complete first time is dealt with in one pass. An incomplete one turns into a round trip.
- Your order reference, as it appears on the confirmation email and on the invoice.
- The reference of the turbocharger concerned: the one on the product page, and the one stamped or fixed on the part itself if you have it in front of you.
- The vehicle: make, model, engine, and the registration number if you have it.
- What happened, in a few sentences: fitting date, distance driven since, the symptom observed and in what circumstances.
- Sharp photographs: the part, its data plate, and the packaging if it is damaged. You can attach a file to the form.
- The fitting invoice or a diagnostic report if a workshop was involved. We ask for these only where they are needed for the assessment, and their absence does not remove your statutory rights.
What happens next
- Your request is recorded. Sending the form shows a confirmation on this page and opens a case with our customer service team. We send no automatic acknowledgement; our reply does reach you by email, at the address you gave.
- Assessment. We go back over the order, the references and your photographs. If something is missing, we ask for it in one go rather than piece by piece.
- Proposal. Depending on what the assessment shows: repair or replacement under the legal guarantee of conformity, a price reduction or a refund where the law provides for one, or return instructions where a deposit or a withdrawal is involved.
- Returning the part, if required. Do not send anything before you have our written instructions. Pack the part properly: a turbocharger damaged by inadequate packaging may be refused, with reasons given.
Requests are handled in the order they arrive, Monday to Friday. We deliberately do not publish a guaranteed response time until we can meet it on every request. If your situation is urgent — vehicle off the road, fitting under way — say so in your message and call us.
